BRYAN COHEN
MANAGING PARTNER
Managing Partner and Founder of Twenty8 Group. Bryan is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and overseeing day-to-day operations, fostering consistent performance and customer satisfaction. Before founding Twenty8 Group, Bryan was managing Real Estate properties at Macerich, where he supported the company’s project management team in the tenant coordination department from 2017 to 2020. Bryan joined Macerich from Sambil Group where he was leading the leasing and project management team in Curacao from 2013 to 2017. Bryan received a BS in Civil Engineering Technology at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA.
JHONNY STAHOPOULOU
MANAGING PARTNER
Managing Partner and co-founder of Twenty8 Group. Mr. Stathopoulou manages the Company’s banking, lending, and capital relationships. He is involved with financing, structuring, and executing transactions. Jhonny oversees the overall due diligence process, structures, and implements tax saving strategies. Jhonny sets accounting and reporting policies and is responsible for all internal and external financial reports. Before co-founding Twenty8 Group, Jhonny was doing financial analysis for multiple real estate investments in a private family office. As the Development Project Manager, Jhonny was responsible for the financing, approvals and design of infrastructure providing quality development management of new construction projects. Prior to that Jhonny was responsible for the financial structure of Fly Executive, a private aviation leasing company and was in charge of executing the bank relationship and loans, forecasting and financial structure of the company. Jhonny received a Finance BS degree from Bentley University, MA.
DAVID MENDAL
ADVISOR
Mr. David Mendal has been part of Twenty8 Group development since inception. As Board Advisor, he manages and provides leadership to the Twenty8 Group’s Board of Directors and its Investment Committee. David reviews and provides input to the company’s strategic vision and supports the company’s expansion into new markets. Additionally, David Mendal owns a variety of real-estate projects and one of south Fla’s largest travel management agency’s, Forest Travel Agency, as well as Ultimate Jet Vacations, FlyJetco, Luxury Cruise Connections and Prive Jets. Furthermore, David holds key participation in the Morrisville – Stowe Airport and Stowe Aviation, the FBO company involved in the expansion of the airport. He possesses an FAA certified Commercial Pilot Rating and is an avid private pilot.
RICARDO COHEN
ADVISOR
Ricardo helped found Twenty8 Group and formed its entire team. As Board Advisor, he supports and foresees investment expenses and legal processes to the Twenty8 Group’s group of investors and staff, evaluates and supplies data to the Company’s tactical view, and sustains the company’s accounting and risk management. Ricardo has worked for over 35 years in construction (featuring several residential buildings, a chain of shopping centers nationally and internationally and a chain of hotels) in Venezuela, Dominican Republic, Curacao and Madrid. He also holds an FAA certified Commercial Pilot Rating and is an avid private pilot for the past 30 years.
